AbstractThe culture includes everything that makes up the corporation and gives it unique identity that distinguishes it from all other businesses, even if they create the same or similar products. The world today has seen a lot of examples of successful stories about the edgy companies of the 1990s. One example is IBM. It could in no way be mistaken for IBM, with highly creative and technology-oriented culture since the day of establishment. Likewise, Starbucks makes a marketing strategy of its corporate culture’s concern for the environment, and its trendiness cannot be confused with the local “Joe's Diner” that also sells coffee. All of these things can be addressed through corporate culture. Corporate culture management is being used increasingly as means for safety, quality and working environment management. It is therefore necessary and advantageous for companies to understand the value of corporate culture to their businesses and determine the long term development for the company. The objective of this work is to introduce several important factors to improve the corporate culture of a company that is operating in oil and gas industry. These factors are examined to reflect actual company characteristics and through interviews with selected employees in CNG Vietnam to evaluate the weight of each factors contributed to SQE management. Furthermore, methods for corporate culture management in general are introduced as foundation for increasing the corporate value for the company and thus increasing revenue in the long run
