AbstractThis research analyzed the dispute in construction contract between the client and contractor. The main point is this contract not based on the international form – Fidic. It has been prepared subjectively by the client with the local form and a lot of mistakes. It stated that the dispute would be settled on court with local law. Moreover, this project structures as construction management and has no independent consultant. Four disputes, including liquated damage due to delay in detail and general schedule requested by client, unreasonable reimbursement and indemnity amount contra-charged by client, interest charge asked by contractor, has been presented and analyzed clearly based on the actual evident. The provided solution based on Vietnamese construction law and other related law (commercial, economical) The analysis based on the contractor viewpoint
