Abstract | Lubricant business competition has become more and more tough in the Vietnamese market. Many local lubricant companies have entered into the market and compete fiercely with international lubricant companies by its prices and flexible services. Lubeoil Vietnam Co., Ltd. as a foreign invested lubricant company in Vietnam, having tight internal controlled processes and high cost to operate as compared to local companies, has faced with the low return on investment as compared to its business plan. On the other hand, Lubeoil distributors are not professional and not aligned with Lubeoil sales and marketing strategies that hinder the growth of Lubeoil sales and scratching its brand image. This study focuses on the optimization of current distributor network of Lubeoil Company, and discusses the way to improve Lubeoil business performance thru the distributor sales. |
