AbstractThe Lower Miocence reservoir of Su Tu Den field is comprised of several thin-stacked sandstones, which are interpreted as the deposits of distributary channel, mouth bar to delta front sands with lacustrine to brackish coastal delta plain environment. These characteristics of reservoirmake this clastic reservoir highly heterogeneous and complex in term of geology. This study deals with estimating petrophysical parameters by a full interpretation of well logging and core data. The resluts from well logging interpretation were used as input data to propagate petrophysical properties for the geological model of the whole field of Su Tu Den. These petrophysical properties helped engineers understand better the characteristics of the Lower Miocence reservoir. Moreover, core description for Lower Miocene was very useful in determination of depositional environment. Pressure data were also used to know the Oil water contact of Lower Miocene reservoir.
