Abstract | Human resource is the most important factor determining the existence and development of the software company. In market economy, the question “How to create quality software engineers” is big challenge for software companies. With specific characteristic is information technology company, MISA Joint Stock Company focus on development highly qualified programming staff. Base on analysis the characteristics of company and collected questionnaires, this research specify factors which can influence the employees in MISA Joint Stock Company: From the detailed analysis, the research study finds the following solutions for MISA to improve motivation as well as raise the income: Establishing Research and Development department, Creating more creative and challenging work; Improving the relationships; Building the company policy transparent and Recognition; Organize Effective training program. |
