Abstract | Many talented and skill people are leaving the organization and joining another organization. The Bhutanese trends in recruitments and selection are changing now and then. Most of the organization is trying to do some analysis study, as to how they can retain the existing experience employees and attract new skill candidate from the job market. Once the candidate are identified, the next step is selection process, which means collecting, measuring and evaluating information about the candidates qualification background for particular position. As per the difficulty, organization make decision by using various channel like internet recruiting, newspaper or by using companies like ,head hunting and executive search as a third party to recruit the right candidate for the right job. The most difficult task is finding right candidate for right job in a given time |
