AbstractDona Transportation Construction Joint stock company (Dotranco) trades mainly in the construction field of road and bridges. It was established in 1977 as the state owned company. It changed to joint-stock company on December 2005. Now, it is the subsidiary of Corporation for the Development of Bien Hoa Industrial Zone (Sonadezi Bien Hoa). There are five specific departments in the head office. In current time, Dotranco has about 200 employees that work in the head office and construction field. Its traditional products are bridge, road, and construction material such as stone, tar-concrete. In current years, the firm opens widely the business into the investment of real state and industrial park. Changing business form into joint-stock company, Dotranco has to improve many factors that can lead to success and HR is one of them. In this sector, the firm faces to problem of motivation and satisfaction for employees. This analysis proposes a solution of better HRM policies that focus on the motivation and satisfaction.
