AbstractOffshore construction works are increased and demand by global energy. Asia pacific is the faster rate of growth and the largest increment. It is a major cause of offshore construction contractor in region to do project and portfolio management. If offshore construction contractor does not improve the project and portfolio management, many problems still exist. Problems example are time management, resources management, cost management, data management and communication management. There are two thing of offshore construction contractor to do. First, apply project management methodology such as WBS, CPM and earned value management concept. Second, implement project management computational solution. Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise project portfolio management is a software solution to help offshore construction contractor to do project and portfolio management. It is single software solution suit for manage costs, time, resources, project contracts and portfolio analysis. Moreover, it helps to standardization process for project management. In addition, it have maintains accurate data to get the optimization for decision maker. Moreover, it helps to improve the collaboration within project teams
