AbstractToyota Saigon Motor Service Corporation is a Joint-Venture Company between Japanese Toyota Tsusho Corporation and Vietnamese Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation founded since 1996. It operates in the car industry. It is the time that Vietnam has just opened the door in order to attract foreign investment, especially, car technology because Vietnam really wanted to get car technology from foreign countries. Vietnam had many preferred policies for this industry. So, there are many companies invested in Vietnam and the competition is so high in this industry. The Toyota Saigon Motor Service Corporation focused so much on the sales volume and forgot human factor. After 12-year operation, the company has achieved in sales volume. However, the employee situation is not stable. There are many experienced and senior employees who quit the Company one after another. It affected the operation of the company in long term. Board of Directors reflected on the situation. They want to know the reasons why there are many employees who left the Company. The final project aims to help the company find out the reasons and solutions to solve them. In order to find the problems that influence to the release of employees, the final project is based on the internal data analysis, behavioral analysis and benchmarking with competitors. Furthermore, exit interview is also a tool to find out the reasons that affected employee turnover rates. Based on the fishbone analysis, this final report finds many ideas for solving these problems of the company. Although there are many solutions but with evaluation and selection tools, the final report has filtered the most important solution for improving the issues of the company. These solutions and recommendations in the final report will help the company to fix its human resource troubles. Furthermore, the problems of human resource also are experienced similarly by every company that is operating in Vietnam. Therefore, these companies may also benefit from this final report
