Abstract | Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector of Uzbekistan has been rapidly growing with an implementation of reforms and government support to the industry. NetCity LLC, data transmission network and internet provider since 2004, is going to introduce new Technology - Wi-Max. For the construction of fiber-optic data transmission networks in cities and regional centers of Uzbekistan, NetCity has to raise additional investment through equity and debt financing. The management of the company is sure that NetCity will turn to be one of the most growing companies in ICT sector of Uzbekistan. Company’s new business model was quite attractive and promising to the investors who further consulted to Ansher Capital’s Investment Banking Team. This project covers analysis of overall Uzbek market, ICT industry of Uzbekistan and company analysis of NetCity. Further, valuation process incorporates the concepts of Free Cash Flow to Equity and Free Cash Flow to Firm valuation models to arrive at equity and firm value of NetCity. Analysis and assumptions are made based on the facts and findings of other research materials. |
