Abstract | In the first years of 21st century, Nam Con Son Pipeline (NCSP) was the largest foreign investment project in Viet Nam Oil and Gas industry. In over 10 years of operation, NCSP has achieved excellent results in safe and effective operation; it has been contributing significant in Vietnam economy, community, safe energy and become: “A LOCAL WORLD-CLASS GAS TRANSPORTATION “. Nowadays, VietNam Oil and Gas industry is developing very fast, there are many Oil and Gas companies that operate and compete in this sector. In addition, Nam Con Son owners and operators have been changed; it leads to the fact that the company has to face with many challenges such as brain drain, personnel skill, qualified personnel retention, culture, etc. The Organization effectiveness and Sustainable development are company essential objectives. In order to contribute into the success of company, in this research, author would take the effort to identify the strengths and weaknesses of present Organization then propose the recommendations for improvement. The author has applied well-known organization analysis method: 7S McKinsey into the research. Questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection and SPSS software of IBM - Statistical Product and Services Solutions was used for statistic. |
