Abstract | Science and technology are playing a revolutionary role in production and business process innovation of Vinacomin, and also is essential for business groups in general in Vietnam at present, not only just for Vinacomin group. In which Vinacomin considers IMSAT is the one of the important bridges to transfer science and technology applications for units of coal-mineral mining and processing under Vinacomin. IMSAT also has to have the strategy and implementation properly to meet new challenges and continue sustaible development. Especially being in the context that Vinacomin is aspiring to innovation for effective and sustainable development in the market economy with the trend of global integration. This research is conducted to review the current of IMSAT including activities of science and technology and business in recent years, and also analyze internal and external factors influenced on IMSAT. Finally, the specific solutions are recomended to enhance the development of IMSAT in the context of Vinacomin |
