AbstractFirst, I want to thank my supervisor, Professor and my instructor, Dr. Sununta Siengthai for advice and continuous support she has given me. Her valuable input and guidance had been of great help in pursuing this project. Secondly, I want to thank Dr. Winai Wongsurawat, the professor at AIT, and Ngô Kim Trâm Anh, the academic officer of AIT Vietnam. A special thank is also to the teachers/lecturers at Hoa Sen University for their keen and continuous support. To all the respondents who have generously given me their time and confidential information, I could not thank them enough. It would be endless to list all their names but without them this research would not have been made possible. Finally, I am deeply grateful to my husband for his continuous support, and encouragement. Without him it would not be possible for me to carry on. No language can express the power and beauty of my baby's love. The baby inside my body who has tried to be fine has been growing, developing well and working hard with me during my pregnancy so that I am able to complete this thesis. For all the sacrifices, love and understanding my family had given me, I am truly indebted. In which without them this research project would have not been completed.
