AbstractBusiness strategy is more and more becoming an important tool to help the corporation’s developing orientation towards the set up targets and suitable with the business environment’s objective conditions. It allows a harmony combination between the corporations’ inside and outside purposes. Business strategy plays very important role, however, it’s not easy to gain a reasonable business strategy, which is also suitable with the corporation’s condition. The research has analyzed the PEST, SWOT, inner and outer environments of PTSC Marine affect to the business of the company. By determining the SWOT to define the suitable strategies in order to: - Promote the strengths to take advantages of opportunities as well as limiting risk and overcome the weakness. - Help the company to handle and use, improve the resource use effect, ensures the corporation’s competitive position, as well as ensures an un-interrupted and stable development for the corporation - Create solid foundations for giving the business production policies and decisions that are suitable with the market’s change.
