AbstractGeneration gap is a society problem which affects communication, attitude, and co-work performance of employees in work place. There are more and more conflicts between generations in VMC, which caused low productivity and less pleasant atmosphere; however, solving that problem seems not to be concerned and researched as required. Theory indicates that mangers should handle that gap through specific ways basing on study of company’s specificities such as generation’s perspectives, demands and conflicts’ sources. The researcher tried to identify the existing conflicts source, demands and specific characteristics of generations in company which will be analyzed and discussed to improved age-groups’ relationships. Finally, a framework of bridging the generation gaps at that company is suggested.
