AbstractNowadays Customers demand for the product have changed mostly in particularly toy Industries Instead of large quantity of single product customer want smaller quantity of different products with quick response of time it has become serious problem the company was facing serious problems to deliver the products at a given time without losing the quality of the product This thesis explain about how to increase the production process without losing the quality of the product in Mattel Bangkok Limited Most of the work done manually so lot of time is wasted in transportation of the components so we design a conveyor system so that the component parts automatically move from one place to another. In Mattel lot of products were manufactured one of the product is five car pack Mattel manufactures Hot wheel Toys One of the product is five car pack in this process there are five operators assemble the toys manually and the component parts were manually brought to the operator to assemble. We design a conveyor system and the shelves in which all the component of five toys were placed such that when the operator need any component when he pushes the button the pick and place robot will pick the component from the bin and place it on conveyor belt and then there will be a sensor which can detect weather it is a requested component or not and the conveyor belt will take it to the operator By using this design we can actually reduce the wastage of time and in Mattel all the Assembly station were almost similar we can use this design in other places in the factory and also we can reduce the number of workers working in the Assembly section. by this we can increase the production volume without losing the quality of the product
