| Abstract | Vietnam has opened and integrated into the Global market. There are many changes in the business environment that requires a company has to update and change for better competitiveness.
Based on analysis of the external and internal environment together this research identified the high logistic costs in Northern market which affect the margin and competitiveness of GS. In order to develop this market, the research suggests the solution for improving logistics with lower cost and better competitiveness. Analyzing the situation identifies the roots cause and generates the solutions, an action plan is suggested for implementation. Recommendations are suggested.
