AbstractThis thesis aims to have a better understand about how to retain Peoplelink‟s employees in Retail market to help PL to get more competitive advantages and keep leading position in Viet Nam Retail industry. This theoretical approach is supported by a case study about Peoplelink JSC in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. This case is based on a qualitative research method of in-depth interviews with the competitor‟s employees and thru online survey with around two hundreds current Peoplelink‟s employees who are working in retail environment. The outcome is a unique Human Resource strategy that will be used by Peoplelink to retain their employees in sixty four provinces and cities in Viet Nam since H2 2014. The current competitive Human Resource strategy of Peoplelink is based on its vision of “To be the leading professional HR business Partner in Viet Nam”, combined with the value-based service culture “Honesty , Integrity, Professionalism, Passions to win” to create more added value for customers, company and employees. This thesis will show the company‟s improvement plan that supported to upgrade its quality service through reducing monthly employee turnover to the target rate of 1.5%.
