Abstract | Human resource plays a key role on business success of the companies in all industries. Especially in IT industry, all IT companies realize that human resource is their greatest asset and a must to ensure their business successes. The evolution of IT industry in Vietnam since past 5 years, with more than 720 IT companies that employ 25,000 IT labors, at annual growth rates average out to between 30-40 per cent, plus the increasing of the presences of the many large global IT MNCs selecting Vietnam as ideal and promising destination to setup and operate their GDCs, that require huge number of IT labors. This increases the market pressure and competition on employment and retention of IT labors, especially the experienced and skillful labors. IT companies have been facing with lots of difficulties and challenges in scaling up and retaining human resources for their business growths, especially for the start-up IT services companies like IMT Solutions. This research study will propose an effective and appropriate human resource strategy for IMT Solutions so that it can be successful on scaling up and retaining resources for growth. |
