AbstractDirectorate General of Highway Indonesia used computerized system to support decision maker in managing road network, this system is known as Indonesian Integrated Road Management System (IIRMS). One of IIRMS result is pavement rating condition information, therefore effective parameters on rating criteria should be included in the program to provide the effective pavement rating condition. Analyzing the parameter could be one method to know the effectiveness of criteria pavement rating parameter. The simulation on the IIRMS program was obtained to ensure the parameters used on the IIRMS rating condition criteria. Moreover, the hypothesis test was used to comprehend the addition of another parameter on optimizing the pavement rating condition. In conclusion, the simulations on the pavement condition survey did not affect the pavement rating condition of IIRMS although the value of surface distress index was changed. Thus, combining IRI and AADT parameters create inconsistency on determining the range of rating criteria, for instance the area of 2.397 represent was not only good but was also fair and poor pavement condition. The hypothesis test provides a result where the addition of one parameter did not provide any significant difference compared to the absence of additional parameter in optimizing the pavement condition rating.
