| Abstract | Organization is one of the general functions of governance, which relate to activities that establish the organizational structure that includes the parts of the organization to undertake the necessary activities by defining duties, responsibilities and powers as well as the relationship between them. The structure is generally understood as the formalization and inner form of the system. This concept suggests that research and development of a system should closely connect with the study of the structure of that system. The very important content of the organization of corporate governance is to define the organizational structure. The corporate governance structure is the synthesis of the components that make up the governance system and the interrelationships between them. Project Management is the study of planning, organization, and management of the project's development process to ensure that the project is setup successfully & completed on time, within budget limits ensuring the quality in order to achieve the specific objectives of the project, and that the project scope remains unchanged For this purpose, it is necessary to simultaneously perform the major tasks of the various sections in the organizational structure of project management and operation |
