AbstractWe live in the 21 Century; Change is occurring at an accelerating rate, today is not like yesterday, and tomorrow will be different from today. Continuing today’s strategy is risky; so is turning to a new strategy. Therefore, tomorrow’s successful companies will have to heed three certainties: - Global forces will continue to affect everyone’s business and personal life. - Technology will continue to advance and amaze us. -There will be a continuing push toward deregulation of the economic sector. There are three developments-globalization, technological advances, and deregulationspell endless opportunities. The portion of marketing sector is increasing in almost countries in the world including Vietnam. Marketing is a very important job since it determines the success or failure of a new product. The marketing therefore may vary from one moment to another, even as delivered by the same provider. A company can be benchmark in an intensive competition only if it can differentiate its products and services. For a company, the key success is their marketing for products and services. Excellent marketing is one of the ways to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. After literature review, experts were consulted to assess the applicability of the research instrument. A questionnaire-based method was used to collect data to verify the hypotheses. Data were collected from a convenient sampling of 50 potential customers, mainly from Hanoi, Vietnam. The study will be used SWOT analysis for marketing plan. And used SPSS software for data analysis and tested the hypotheses The research analyzes the results of customer attraction survey to find out what customers expect and rooms for improvements. Based on the analysis, the research proposes some recommendations and solutions to bring communications to customers and improve its customer attraction in order to help filled its soon and keep leading position in the Real Estate Market.
