| Abstract | XV trading company limited is a company specializing in exporting tea to the world and
importing chemicals to Vietnam. Working in the narrow field and having advantage of
excusive agent and leading the industry helps XV develop fast in recent years. However,
competition is getting stronger and stronger due to fast process of international integration.
More and more foreign suppliers as well as domestic trader join in the market with new and
competitive products. There are also more threats for Vietnamese small companies after
Vietnam became a member of WTO.
This research focuses on analyzing tea businesses by using brainstorming, problem solving
process and fishbone analysis. By doing it, XV will recognize all threats and problem and find
out solution accordingly in order to raise competitiveness of Xuan Viet tea export to the world.
Based on this analysis, all key problems in tea export business are recognized such as: tea
quality, processing and packaging problem, pesticide overuse, capital management… All
possible solutions are recommended for a better future for XV Company. |
