| Abstract | Gouvis Engineering Vietnam was established in 1999 as a representative office and then
established a company limited in 2006, The company has developed very fast in Vietnam from
1999 to 2006. Since summer of 2006, due to the effected of a tremendous home crisis in
America, Gouvis Engineering has been facing difficulties because of the lack of projects.
In order to be viable, Gouvis Engineering has to find out the best solutions to sole this problem
and change the organization to deal with the change of market demand.
Base on the analyze about it’s strength, weakness, opportunities and threat of the company,
this research study will use problem solving process and brainstorming to analyze solutions
and give recommendations to help the company overcome this difficult situation. |
