Abstract | Tourism – a clean industry is currently a hot topic attracting a lot of interest by many people. Many countries around the world have identified tourism as key economic sectors of their countries. Tourism nowadays has become one of the important phenomena in modern life. The number of travelers is increasing, this is shown by the data of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) annually. The influx of a large travel has a large effect on the economy of many countries and contributing to other economic development. Moreover tourism industry is source which brings amost of foreign currency revenue, resolves jobs for thousands of workers and changes the face of the whole of society. In the tourism business, the important factors that decide the success of the business are tourists . No visitors, the tourism business activities become meaningless so the question for all the travel enterprises in the tourism sector is how to attract many visitors indented for the company.That’s why in this time almost all tourist agencies design more and more types of tourism which are appeared to satisfy customer needs. A kind of tourism that is now developing powerful forms is domestic tourism. Foreseeing the demands of customers, many tourism enterprises have launched these products in order to attract tourists. One of the prestigious businesses and brands on the organization type of domestic tourism is Hanoitourist Travel Company (HTC). HTC was established on 02/10/1998 and currently operates under the parent company, Hanoi Tourist cooperation, as a subsidiary. As an employee who had the opportunity to work in this company, underwent exposure and learnt about the company, the author has decided to choose the topic on “ Improving the domestic segment of Hanoitourist travel company“. |
