Abstract | Virtual office service is an office workplace which can be shared by many entrepreneurs, medium and small companies and this business has become a new tendency in Vietnam in the last 5 years due to low cost and convenience. Moreover, since TheTrans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) was signed in 2015, it would lead to many significant changes over the forecast period (from 2016 to 2020) such as more international and local companies invest to Vietnam market. For the reasons above, virtual office service seems to become a potential business with lower risks, comparing to other industries. Hence, Masani Co Ltd decided to step a foothold into this market in 2016 and this thesis is about “Market research and setting business strategy for Masani Co Ltd as virtual office in Vietnam” |
