AbstractOrganizations these days are implementing separate management systems for Quality Management System (ISO9001), Environment Management System (ISO14001) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHSAS18001). In one of stand-alone system, we develop each document management structure for each Management System. In other word, if the company implements more than one Management System, it would be inefficient and confusing caused by the duplication of training process, documentation management, and internal audit process for each standard. When the organization realizes the concept of how to apply the standards effectively and efficiently, the time for integration will arrive. In this thesis, we attempt to identify and analyze the best practice from Singapore developer to develop the effective framework of Integrated Management System, which is the connection between ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 to a single Management System. The first part of report is the case study introducing theories of standard system approached that is implemented the systems based on Integrated Management System to meet ISO 9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001 certification requirements. It indicates the definition of Quality Management System (QMS), Environment Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety (OHSAS) in construction. It also shows the concept of Integrated Management System (IMS) for organization and IMSs benefit for owner. The second part of report is the case study providing an exemplary model by applying IMS in Riviera Point project phase -1A which is the high rise building project that has been controlled and managed by Riviera Point J.V. The case study will figure out the problems in current IMS and deliver the recommendation for IMS improvement.
