For the SCTVN, we are facing plenty of external and internal difficulties & challenges such as more competitors, internal fights & less cooperation, talents leave, less coaching on new staffs and operation cost increase. These factors forced SCTVN to set up HR committee and find the core issues to improve the working environment & enhance competitiveness of SCTVN. As acting mainly service, the company concern more on training courses about sale & technical knowledge in order to make employee full confident to deal with customers and suppliers. Beside the staffs, management performance need to most concern since they are leading& running the company, they should carry aspiration to staffs and show willing to stay with company and the fairness and transparent assessment which need to be fully supported & decentralized by the head quarter policies & management so that it show to policy to employees what they put their best efforts will be linked to head office and may get the worthy rewards without afraid of any bias.
