Abstract | Purpose - This study aims to help EVN improve its current regulations and policies in order to retain high quality human resources. Methodology - The approach of this research will be both quantitative and qualitative methods focus on analyzing the factors of motivations and job satisfaction of the employees in order to find the solutions for retaining high quality human resources. The secondary data is collected from documents and regulations, policies related to remuneration and working condition in EVN, which could be divided in financial forms and non-financial forms. The primary data is collected from a survey in forms of questionnaire for specific targets: subsidiaries (human resource department in charge of answering the question) and for high quality employees Analysis and findings - The research gives a general picture of the current situations of human resource in EVN, including the high quality human resources. The data analysis shows that EVN are having many different tools to motivate and retain employees such as salary, rewards, pension mechanism, training and development programs, evaluation and appointment process. However, current policies of EVN are still lacking of incentives. Different solutions are given to apply for EVN and two solutions regarding performance evaluation process and human resource training and development polices are selected for intermediate implementation. |
