AbstractEmployee is an asset of an organization. It is widely recognized as one of the few resources that can provide sustainable competitive advantage. Hence, retaining employee is an important goal of every organization. However, corporations are facing a lot of problems in employee retention these days. This case study will emphasize on analyzing the major factors which can influence the effectiveness of talent retention of AITCV. There are two groups of factors. The first group is the factors currently available in AITCV. The another one is the factors which are needed to be considered and improved to develop its talent retention. Based on survey's results and analysis, the case study recommends specific solutions for AITCV to better motivate and retain its talents.
