| Abstract | In the rush development of construction, the new period of real estate show the return of economy in Vietnam. Furthermore, the orientation of product classification in residential and tourism, Ba Ria – Vung Tau tower construction. To prepare for the next period of real estate circle, HODECO always consider integrating with the sustainable development and new technologies. Therefore, the investigation of this research will be jumped up. The purpose of the analysis is to make sure HODECO will catch up with the market development and technologies improvement, which follow the sustainable orientation.
During the analysis, the author attempt to apply the Value Chain methodology, to understand obviously the core issues in construction progress. Then figure out what will need for accompany need to improve with the advance technique in last five year in the province. From the investigation, the company can create their own strategy which not only in economy, but also in technique.
In recent year, the company has been tried to use several technologies, such as: Pre-stressed Concrete or Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block etc. but the specific research still not truly make. These are also the competitive advantage, if we can utilize in the good way and proper moment. Technologies are the trend of construction and economy at all the time, when the high cost of the land and materials that make investor has to thinks the cost cutting by technique advances. |
