Abstract | Energy is an important sector for Vietnam and coal is one of the important factors. Using effective investment not only brings profits for the company but also helps to stabilize energy development for the country. The study focused on the use of company capital Nam Mau, a coal company in Vietnam, this company is a member of the Group Coal Mining Industry - Vietnam, the Group has real economic coal accounted for 90% of the entire territory of Vietnam. Theorized in capital investments effectively, analyzing the use of capital in the Company Male Model, the study points out the weaknesses of the company to overcome the unefficiently use of investment capital. |
