| Abstract | This research analyzes strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of PV GAS Corporation. The result will help the Corporation verify which areas need to be maintained and adjusted and which areas need improvement. To implement all recommendations will help the corporation gain competitiveness.
The study also analyzes the existing capability of gas resources, customer demands and their forecasts in the near future in Vietnam. The analysis determines the causes and identifies solutions in PV GAS level to reduce the gap between demand and supply. The solutions are proposed in short-term and long-term.
The study provides a strategy up to 2025 for PV GAS to develop the gas market with the optimized use of gas resources. |
