Abstract | This study focuses on analyzing the current human resource management practices at the University of Lac Hong. Subsequently, analytical results help the University to find best solutions in order to enhance the efficiency of human resource management at the University. The study confirms the necessity of human resource management in every organization. The efficiency of human resource management will bring benefits to the University and assist the University to fulfill its missions and goals. The content of the thesis mainly gives attention to human resource management. To have a deep understanding of human resource management, the study presents roles of human resource management and three essential features of human resource management which are attracting, training and developing, and maintaining human resources. The study analyzes the current state of human resource management at the University of Lac Hong and offer some solutions to promote the strengths of human resources of the University. There are six main solutions including: Creating development strategy of Lac Hong University for the next period, building orientations to manage human resources in the near future, professionalizing recruitment work, promoting human resources' training and development in the University of Lac Hong, improving the university's human resource maintenance, and building the university culture The university's success on human resource management will bring chances of the university's development. It helps the university not only to fulfill the objective of becoming one of the top universities in Viet Nam but also to promote the university's brand name in and out the country. |
