AbstractIn a business firm, increasing the market is the first priority of the chief executive officer (CEO) who is in charge of total management of an organization. Normally, the share- holders or board of managers is interested in market value. It means that, CEO must control well many related activities to increase market. Furthermore, increasing the market is the important factors. For the above-mentioned reasons, the market management becomes a critical issue. DETI Co.,Ltd is not an exceptional case. Recently, Vietnam and global economic are facing crisis, the consumer demand decreases due to demand of business firm, people, government reduce expense costs. International business competitors with good quality and a good management system enter to Vietnam market. Because of integration process of WTO, it is time for DETI leadership and management to develop better management competencies. This research is conducted to identify the root causes of market. Finally, specific solutions are recommended to improve the effectiveness management practice at DETI to increase customer’s satisfaction.
