| Abstract | Reforming the electric industry and operating the VCGM have brought optimistic change for the Vietnamese electric industry and new business chances for non-traditional economic sectors. However, how to exploit power plants efficiently in the electricity market with current single buyer model is always the fact facing all managers of the power plants. In this project, three selected solutions are important and needed for manager of ROR. These are the way to improve the efficiency of ROR, contributing to more productive Vietnamese electricity market, increasing the competitive, transparent level in Vietnamese electric industry in order to meet the requirements for sustainable developed electric industry. |
