Abstract | The research analyzes the strength and weakness, opportunity and threat of Vision Oil Vietnam. The results help the company identify competitive advantage and area for improvement. The critical problem of talent and high productive sales staff retention is identified. The company now needs to have good solutions to overcome this problem. The research will help Vision Oil Vietnam find out what are the main factors that increase the sales staff turn-over significantly in recent years. The methods used are 8 steps of problem- solving process combining with 5-Why technique and Mapping Concept for the diagnosis of the root- causes of high sales staff turn-over. The results suggest short-term and long-term solutions. They will help sales management and the company to maintain their talent and highly productive sales staff in order to successfully growing the lubricant business in Vietnam. |
