Abstract | Le Quy Don is ranked in the top ten of high school in the whole Dongnai Province by Dongnai Department of Education and Training due to the stabilization of the high school graduation rate, almost a hundred percent in the last 4 years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. After nearly 15 years of its foundation, the image of Le Quy Don gradually consolidated in parents and students eyes. Although it is a private school in which its school fee usually a little higher than public school, the number of enrollment still increased each year. However, in 2012, after about some months of the school year, 12 percent of the total students left which brought a big worry, concern and also a confusion to the senior managers of the school as well as the board of directors. This research paper will analyze an overview of the school to see it weaknesses and strengths. Following the fact, the research then finds out the reasons that made many students left school early. After that, through the ideas of left students, a concrete problem solving action plan is designed to be implemented to the school, thus helping the school to stabilize the number of students and to increase its number in the future. |
