| Abstract | In the current context of the economy in Vietnam, the development of industry results in a serious problem in environmental impacts. The Vietnam Government has serious concerned about this. However, in fact there no a management consistent with the development in the environment sector. With international donor’s supports, Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) have been increased to Vietnam Cleaner Production Center was established to implement environmental solutions like VNCPC has created current awareness and implementation of Cleaner Production (CP). VNCPC is facing various challenges, and human resource is the important. Based on that, this research analyses how to keep core people in VNCPC in the future. This research consists of: best practice, analyzing the current situation of company. Based on the current situation, the survey and in-depth interview were conducted. The research specifies several solutions and recommendations for the company conducts the proposed strategy. |
