Abstract | The purpose of this final research is to seek for some suitable solutions to BMS for developing the medical sterilization packaging in the context of Vietnamese medical highly specialized technologies application. In order to achieve these objectives, the author would like to introduce outlooks of the medical sterilization packaging market in the world as well as in Vietnam. Then the author will collect the relevant data and analyze problems and factors affecting the business performance of BMS. Further, the author will use the Five Forces and SWOT to analyze more details of current business status of the medical sterilization packaging produced by BMS. The major discussion will take place around the medical sterilization packaging analysis. After opportunities and challenges of the medical sterilization packaging business are analyzed, the author will conclude and recommend some applicable solutions for BMS in order that BMS can develop its sterilization packaging business to be more effective and profitable. |
