| Abstract | In recent years, most of real estate companies in BR – VT province have taken action on many apartments projects, which resulted in the greater supply compared to the demand. Therefore the products cannot be consumed. Besides the economics has been worsen, banking credit for real estate is tightened, yet all of the projects of real estate companies use capital loaned from the banks. This is one difficult problem of real estate companies recently. Hodeco is also one of them. Hodeco is a longest history company about real estate at Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province but now there are many companies in this field. These companies also have some advantages of funds and the determination to survive in the real estate market. For those reasons, they are considered real competitors of Hodeco. Therefore Hodeco has to do carefully market research for reposition the products, increasing the competition ability. This essay uses qualitative approach with depth interviews with the directors of real estate companies, real estate transfer floor and banks. Based on the responses of those top managers and the data were collected from some real estate companies within the province. Through this essay, I will analyze factors which affect to Ba Ria - real estate apartment market. I identify Hodeco’s products, the advantages and disadvantages of Hodeco. Then I will give some suggestions about to continue carry out next apartments or not. |
