| Abstract | Hau Giang province is located in the west sea of Hau river, Mekong Delta. From the date of establishment (on January 01, 2004) until now, Hau Giang province try to develop economic. Hau Giang province has natural potentials that are not exploited fully. This area is advantageous for agricultural economy, industry and handicrafts. If Hau Giang wants to develop economics growth quickly, Hau Giang must develop its industrial section. But this is not easy, Hau Giang have to face many difficult things. The question is that How to attract investment? Hau Giang firmly identifies its duty and solution to develop as follows: get every opportunity , exploit potential and its strength, mobilize and use forceful issues itself effectively, construct the infrastructure items quickly, enlarge the urban scale, change its economic mechanism suitably, widen the education, keep the social security, defense in the aim of economic development quickly and stably. HauGiang has many advantages and conditions to attract investors. However there also many disadvantages and climate Hau Giang has that not attract investors. The big problem is the infrastructure, HR, policy support and legal framework.
If these can be improved, Hau Giang can become the number one province for industrial development in the Mekong Delta. |
