AbstractThe study has analyzed Sonadezi College’s teaching, learning, and research. It has reviewed vision, mission, development strategies and current training activities. The macro trends in our national and global operating environment. The proposed strategic goals and priority areas for action are base on the trends which have emerged from the research. This study propose a framework for human resource. The data analysis indicates the faculty’s the important elements for developing quality of the college. It must meet the needs of students, clients and communities in which the company operate, and to respond to changes in our operating environment. The human resources development strategies will support the competitiveness of Sonadezi College in the future. Through the analysis of the practical situation in the Sonadezi College in general and in the Business Administration Faculty in particular, shows that the lecturers in Business Administration Faculty are limited in quantity and weak in quality. There are many solution, however, in this analysis, it’s only two solutions for increasing quantity and improving quality for the lecturers are presented.
