Abstract | The success of an enterprise is guaranteed by a strategic that is clear, suitable and it is performed in right direction. The business strategy of an enterprise is compare as rudder of a ship; it orients the ship to go to the right target of ship. It can be said that the building strategic of an enterprise is the necessary objective condition to help an enterprise can be steady and develop in the market economic as today. However, the question for the strategic managers of an enterprise is that whether his/her strategic is adapted with the enterprise or not to success in the right direction. To answer that question, the strategic managers often use the specific tool to evaluate the existing strategic and propose the solution to make the strategic more effective. In this thesis, NPC is the new comer in the internet market. The Michael Porter and SWOT model is used to evaluate the opportunities and threat of NPC when they come to the Internet market. The thesis also proposes the solution and specific action of NPC to perform the strategic in internet business. |
