Abstract | Human resource is the most important asset of a company which the success of most of today’s businesses depends on. It is one of three key factors that build on the corporate trade mark, which are Human resource - Corporate culture - Customer’s confidence. In the consulting company Human resource is the decided key for development and competences consolidation, especially just established firm as Petro Vietnam Power Engineering JSC (PVPE). Satisfaction of the Owner’s and Customer’s requirement is the very importance obligation of the Board of manager of PVPE. As the role of Deputy General Director of PVPE author would like to contribute to a development of company. It is the reason, that study has been implemented. It is also the way, that author would like to use the iEMBA’s knowledge in to the fact to sole the urgent demand of the PVPE. Base on the SWOT analysis and reference the useful handbook author has built the strategy for Human resource development and implementation this strategy. |
