AbstractViet Nam A Plastic LTD Co., (NAACO) Company is a State-owned Company, which was established in 1997 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Company is specializing in manufacturing and producing and supplying Fiberglass Resin Polyester (FPR) products. After 11 years of establishment and development, the Company has achieved good results. The annual revenue is nearly 16 million VND and annual growth rate is over 20% every year. The Company has a big market share in South-East and North areas that accounts for 93% of its revenue. NAACO is now one of the leading Fiberglass Resin Polyester (FPR) products in Viet Nam. In order to increase the sales volume, and added more value for customer the Company has made the plan of expanding its market, re-structure the current organization and adding more value for high value customer. One of its objectives in 2013 is to channel will be expanding nationwide. It is really a difficult task that the Company has to face in the condition of the present fierce competition. This research provides an overview about the plastic and F.R.P market in Vietnam and an insight about NAACO Company. The analysis of the current situation of NAACO Company’s market in nationwide, the current sales volume of each target segment identify the strengths as well as weaknesses compared to the main competitors. The Company action plan also is presented.
