AbstractBeer market in Vietnam has very good growth rate through the past ten years of about 8.3% (1997-2007) and the growth rate in the past three year (2005-2007) is always more than 2 digits especially. Asia Brewery has very good background to produce good and stable quality beer. However, Asia Brewery hasn’t reach design capacity yet. This is good time to invest to expand market share of the company. This study investigates potential advantages of Asia Brewery to expand market through developing marketing strategy and creating a new brand.
