Abstract | This research paper report manages for support the significant of customer service and the service mind of the employee who are the service providers. The financial business, especially Banking Group, would like to provide the excellent service to gain more customers in a period of high competition of Service Marketing. The organization tries to create the principle and operate the employee to provide the impressible service and get the customer‘s mind. The problem statement of the research is ―How to provide the excellent service to touch the customer mind?‖ The report will show that the strengthening of customer service concern with both customer and employee‘s mind. Most of principles of service marketing aim to the significant of customer mind, and, they do survey and make the solution for providing the service to customer. Most of them forgot to pay attention to the service providers or the employees who are the major and valuable persons of the organization and service marketing. This research report will involve in the customer and employee mind of Krungsri Bank. The exampling group is a group of Krungsri‘s customers and employees by interview. The result of the research can be the base for the organization to learn and understand the view point of both customers and their employees‘ mind. Furthermore, there are some recommendations for the organization to consider and rethink about the administration management style and method by using the reference theories. |
