AbstractWilliam E Connor & Associate rep office in Vietnam (Connor) has been developing fast in recent years. With this development, they are existing issues about the quality assurance process that need to be solved to reduce the customer’s quality claims and improve their performance. The research study analyse the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Connor. It also analyzes the internal and external Connor working environment. The research will help Connor in defining and solving these problems. The research study use the 8 step of problem- solving process combined with Cause and Effect diagram, Brainstoming method, Cost Benifit method for the diagnosis the root- causes and analyze the solutions for customer quality claims. Connor can improve performance through implementing the proposed.
