| Abstract | An phu Auditing Company Limited (An Phu) was incorporated in 2007. However, with the increasingly number of auditing companies at present An Phu is now to have its own stand and day by day polishing up it name by providing professional services. Based on the current conditions of An Phu and the audit market, this research would provide suggestive solutions on how to strengthen the competitiveness of An Phu in the current market and propose solutions for development in the future for independent auditing industry. The solution could help An Phu draw its own itinerary and step by step to reach its target to be the one of leading firms in Vietnam and enlarge its market to other countries in the region. This research will focus mainly on analysing human resources strategy and necessary improvements to help An Phu secure sustainable and highly-qualified human resources. Human resources management in the field of independent audit plays a very important role and decisive factor in the success of the company in the market. |
